yes, it can be won
as it gets tied it can no longer be shown in blue or red because no one is losing or winning
also, once both players run a track, the time shown is no longer the total time but the difference between them, which leads to nothing being shown, as there is no difference, hence the tie
to avoid this code could be changed to show either 0:00:000 or the track time, so one could have a reference
YET... if you do beat the time (which you can't see but is still active) you will win that track, lots of us had that issue and it works like that
The problem is there's no time to beat. Maybe it is device specific differences, but I tied a track with a pretty bad run so I thought I could get it easily, I tried three times and at for least one of the runs I was certain it was better. Then I saw my competitor waste at least 20 tickets, he or she probably thought the same - I can beat that bad run. It ended in a tie, we won one track each of the other two.
the time to beat is the one you got tied at, but nothing is shown (either time, ghost, whatever), but it is beatable or so it has been for me
can't be sure of anything, games have bugs, but from my experience, when me or my opponent beat a tied time we did get the track...
You just have to beat the time that was tied at. It might be tougher to know where you are without a ghost, but as long as you know the track and keep at it, you will be able to win.
It cannot be done, not on iOS. I have explained it above.
