Ubisoft store purchase saying "Oops, your payment could not be processed."
I have been trying to take advantage of the black Friday sales, but the ubisoft store won't let me complete my purchase. I have tried countless times with 3 different credit cards. Every there is that stupid "Oops, your payment could not be processed" message. I know the message is 100% BS because it gives the same message when I type in a completely false credit card info. Plus I've used the same credit cards for other online purchases from other retailers.
I submitted a ticket, but you can't actually get a response until weekday business hours....
If someone from tech-support can PLEASE process my order with the credit card on my account, that would be great. Thank you!
