Hello Player3069!
You'll be able to play those maps normally, but you won't be able to see the zombies anymore.
Hi, are the two new maps Passage and Blood Dragon Arena published yet?. Can't find anything on PS4.
Thanks.
"As all good things must come to an end, Title Update 11 is the last content update for Far Cry 5."
See here. This seems the final title update to Far Cry 5.
So there would not be more assets update?
Has this update 11 killed the Main Story in Campaign ?
Playing New Game Plus I can't now stop the marshall from going through the gates, I get to him but have no way of stopping him, completed the main campaign previously on PC / PS4 / XB1 amd had no issues with this mission.
Restarted console and went to mission again and getting the same so for me something is broken :(
Fixed an issue where NPCs linked to a ‘spawn AI’ action were not removed when changing to a DM/TDM game type.
So any map designed to work specifically with zombies will now be empty husks, basically destroyed? Why would the feature like this be removed, it made multiplayer so hectic with zombies chasing after you too!
☹☹☹
Yeti is humanoid, why not remove that as well! And zombies behave like animals, why don't you remove all the animals, just get rid of all of the AI while you're at it!
I don't understand that reasoning, it's not like it completely broke multiplayer. Deathmatch in a zombie infested town was a lot of fun, because sometimes you couldn't tell if it was a player or a zombie, and the zombies actually climb up ladders and chase after you unlike the animals who are just sitting ducks for you to pick off.
That could have been a player-made game mode where you just have to survive a number of waves and the unofficial winner is the person with the least amount of deaths. Or the very least would have made a city feel more populated with NPC 'residents.
Well if that was the last update then thats a terrible thing to do! lots of people bought this game for making multiplayer maps and all they get is team deathmatch and dathmatch! They slapped them in the face and made one of the worst multiplayer games ever made! All i can say is thank god dreams for ps4 is coming! Now theres a developer other developers of in game editors should be paying close atention too. I mean look at there visual scripting compared to far cry’s! Theres not a single logic gate in the far cry editor all visual scripting should have basic logic! Like (and gates) (or-gates) (ex-or) and so on! Not this rediculus system we have at the moment! Sorry i went on a off topic rant just then, its just really frustrating! Some people on the forum from the pc side have even offered to add new gamemodes for them!
There have been fantastic DLCs and updates for nearly 7 months which is really good compared to previous Far Cry games. Its such a shame that the lobby system was not implemented for launch as I think there would still be a huge player base but maybe lesson learnt and fingers crossed we will have the lobby browser for MultiPlayer when FC6 launches.
Please UBi, do a bit more testing for errors bugs etc and have an open beta months before FC6 is planned to launch so that when the game is released it is practically error free.
This time around, there was a closed Tech 'beta' before the game was released.
We're still under NDA not to reveal specifics about that, but I can confirm a group of players had access to the Editor ahead of FC5's launch, and we provided feedback. The plus-side of a small group, is that the devs aren't overwhelmed by feedback and responses, which should have made it easier to work with what they were given.
Question for you: would you rather have had the FC5 editor as it was just when it was released (but bug-free), or do you prefer the latest (TU11) one with the added assets & scripting etc?
Because that latter part was introduced as new features for us too, and obviously takes more time developing (and testing).
