OK, I have never understood this correctly. Crit Kit means that you actually do that damage, and Crit Chance is the ability that you might do some Crit Damage. Correct??
Thank You.

Critical hit chance is how likely you are to score a critical hit on a target, while critical hit damage is how much extra damage that critical hits will do.
So if you have a +20% Crit Hit chance with +100% Crit Hit Damage you have a 20% chance to do 2x the damage to your target.
I hope this explains it.

Yep, sure does. Now all I need to figure out is why I'm not getting any messages when people respond to my posts... :(
Problem here is that EVERYTHING is still based off firearms.
So even if you run a good skill Tactician build and try to make up for low firearms by applying the highest CC/CD you can, your DPS and overall damage is still humbled entirely by even a simple high firearms build that has base CC/CD.
True, but this makes sense given that FA is the foundation for all damage calculations. It's also why my Urban MDR (which never exceeds 15-18% CHC) still puts even my House to shame in PvP matches. The base damage is so absurdly high that for the most part who cares if I land a critical hit?
I am not a gaming expert, but it's my understanding that CHC/CHD is the same in all games, with the CHD being a additive percentage of your base damage.
Would you do it differently?
