To all Pirates,
After many years with us at Ubisoft Singapore, Justin A. Farren, has decided it was time for him to move on to new adventures, back to his home country in the US. For these past few years, Justin has been leading Skull & Bones’ creative direction, shaping it into the unique and thrilling game it is today. We can’t thank him enough for his remarkable work and we wish him all the best on his journey!
A word from Justin himself.
So, what does that mean for the future of Skull & Bones?
The passion that our latest demo at E3, Chinajoy and Gamescom ignited from all the fans who were able to play it reinforced our conviction that we are on the right path to create something truly unique in the pirate genre.
The entire team will continue to build and expand upon Justin’s vision to bring you the best pirate game you’ve ever played. Skull & Bones’ development remains fully on course and we can’t wait for you to experience more of the game yourselves.
In addition, the Community Development team is now fully operational and devoted to build Skull & Bones with, and for you. We will make it a priority to bring you all the latest news about the game as well as making sure your feedback and ideas are heard!

Telcoin Community Update, Volume 5
This week has been exciting on so many levels. After a year-plus of remote work, roughly half of the team was able to get together safely this week in our new offices in Los Angeles. I’m really looking forward to when we’re completely past the pandemic and able to bring the whole team together. It was an extremely productive week, being able to press forward on a number of key areas, while all in the same place. Aside from getting to know each other better, the focus of the week has been finalizing V3 front end and back end designs. We are all very excited about that progress.
