I think it may depend on platform.
PS4: Similarities disclaimer = 1 second > Health warning = 1 second > Ubisoft/Dunia intro = 1 second (all three of these can be skipped with circle) > Log-in screen = 6 seconds > Continue screen = 12 seconds. Total loading time to game = approx 20 - 30 seconds.
Very rough guesstimate.
But I have to ask, why do you ask?
Several reasons.
I found a skip intro which cuts loading time.
I only do PC and I never knew the consoles would load so quick. A big plus.
I have a higher end PC and loading times were about a minute or so. 30 sec now with the skip intro.

3 SSD's.
Please be aware this wasn’t timed (I’ll do that later when I load the game up). I may be well out. From actually booting up my PS4 to playing the game is probably closer to 90 seconds.
I'm not familiar with consoles. I would imagine that it doesn't have to boot up for each game?
So I would say loading time is just for the game itself.
Entering time is normal in the game! FC4 was longer, as I remember. Long entry into the game always annoying. But big open world games need some time for loading. I liked entering in Wolfenstein The New Order, it was very fast.
Well I can’t speak for anyone else but I always shut my PS4 down after a session, so for me it always has to boot up when playing a game. I suppose you’re right in that it doesn’t have to boot up in the sense a PC has to boot up, but I call it booting up anyway. Still adds a couple of minutes to getting a game up and running.
On the PS4, from game launch to gameplay, skipping disclaimers and intro, it takes 1.51.16
