XBOX ONE. For five days I get the error message MIKE C-25-414 "Your account is not available at the moment."

Further tests I made:
1) Loading my xbox profile on the console of a friend (who plays quietly the game with his profile) I still receive the error MIKE C-25-414. 2) Loading the profile of a friend on my console can load and play with his character.
It seems as if the data of my game progress are broken, definitely not a problem due to my internet connection or network settings. It could be a problem with the connection between the xbox account and the Ubisoft account. I honestly do not know what else to try. Tomorrow I'll call again the customer service and I will update you.
