It's not a Division video, but it's another game that I think everyone is at least somewhat familiar with. The author describes why simply turning up the dial doesn't work. It's synonymous to what PvE used to be like in this game and why I constantly emphasized that if PvE remains a point and click DPS check it will never be "fun" and that it needs to be something different, with Survival Hunter's being a step in the right direction.
