Hey guys,
the game don't start anymore. It is stuck on connecting screen. Unlink and link Ubisoft Club wont fix it.
The same don't happen in Rainbow Six Siege.
This is a major issue for PS4 players, ARE YOU AWARE OF THAT?
Regards

I am on ps4 and have not had one crash yet, or freeze, or similar game breaking experience...and I don't know that it's a common problem on ps4.
But I do feel bad for you as it must be very frustrating.
Perhaps check some playstation specific forums, or other The Division forums, to see if anyone has reported a similar problem, and maybe a potential resolution of answer...good luck.
I have done heaps of researchers and UBISOFT is not addressing this issue. I'm not able to play and many other players.
There are numerous threats about it and no reply or fix from UBISOFT.
Here are the posts I've found about the very same issue that seems to show that UBISOFT is not addressing that issue:

So it up,up,down, down, left, right, left, right A,B,B,A, at the start screen.
But really if having issues , it your isp sucks, make sure you got a current modem from them if renting it , and if wifi well , your screwed using wifi, if wifi near a hotwater heater or microwave ( yes hot water heaters slow the signal down it reacts to the storage water and weakends the signal,) , If on a router that you bought, and not from your isp, then , your router you need make sure, on the router you got it set up for gaming mode, not office mode, and you may need to contact your ISP !!!, to allow that router to work at normal speed, should be free, for your isp to set up your store bought router.
