I decided to do a video demonstrating the issue that Cellupr was describing. At the time I wrote my last reply to you my phone and console were connected to the same Wi-Fi network and still had the same issue. The app that is going to be present in the video is the oldest that could work on my phone (the other versions were crashing for me).
I want to add some disclaimers. The first one is that I tried to log in with my real Ubisoft Connect account (in the app it will show as ''Uplay Account") but it didn't work out, so that's why I attempted to create a new one. In the video after the attempt failed I tried to connect it, even following the instruction given in the app but again that failed too.
The second is that I don't have Just Dance 2017 on PC, but the issue is present everywhere (I'm talking about the Just Dance 2017 profile changing issue).
The third one is that I did not switch to another network, I hide it because I downloaded the current up-to-date app from Google Play Store.
