I purchased JD2017 GOLD and it only gave me 3 days of subscription.... :nonchalance: already contacted support and they aren't sure when this issue will be fixed. Anyone know anything about this? Do we have to pay for the full 3 months?

I am having the same problem. Did they ever fix it for you. My Just Dance game was a gift and they insist on needing the proof of purchase from the store. Which is just tacky to ga and ask the person who gave it to my kids for it. I try to explain that I was able to get 3 days but not 3 month and they just seem hung up on the receipt. :mad::mad::mad::mad:
