Unlimited region question - missing code
Hello everybody, How are you ? My name is Ilyas, and i have some little questions/problems with my Just Dance 2016 Digital Version.
So my first problem/question : I bought a digital version of Just Dance 2016 6 mounths ago. Like they said in the description, (here : https://store.playstation.com/#!/fr-...1601MONTHFREEE ) GET ONE MOUNTH OF FREE ACCESS. But the problem is that i didn't receive the code yet. So, where's the problem ?!

My second question : i have 2 accounts on my PS4. The first one (region US) and the second one (Region France). I bought the digital version of JD from the second account (that's activated like primary, so i can play JD in any Account). My question is: if i buy a subscription of JD on my US Account, is it going to work ?

Guys, I don't know why?? But the support is so lazy. I made my ticket 4 days ago, and I didn't receive any response. Seriously, how can a big studio like Ubisoft dodn't have much support to help the clients ?!!' I'm so disappointed.
