Server outage - March 11, 2016 [RESOLVED]
Agents,
We are aware of server issues currently impacting connectivity for our European players (and potentially some players outside of Europe).
Our team is currently investigating this issue. We will get back to you when we have more information.

UPDATE: We experienced a power outage in one of our European data-centers. Players will be able to log back in gradually as we restore power.
UPDATE: Power has been partially restored. We expect all the servers to be back up again in 15 minutes.
UPDATE: A few remaining servers are still offline and will be brought back up as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience.
FINAL UPDATE: All servers are now back online and the remaining locked character saves have now been unlocked.

Note about the "restore save" message:
Confirming this message will lead to a data loss of up to 10 minutes.
If you acquired something valuable that you do not want to loose in your last 10 minutes of gameplay before the outage, you can choose to not proceed further and wait a little longer, until the latest save of your character is restored when all servers are back online (which should be in a few minutes).
bad (actually no) start into the game
Just finished downloading and wanted to play some. Nice way to start a game...
Well then there are the news of people blocking a door or endless queues in front of a laptop. Sounds like som epic fails of gamedesign. Lets see if the rest gets better. If I get to login, that is.
I've seen better launch days, but also worse. But we are a few days after launch, after closed and open beta. Such things should not happen.
