TBH I don't care where or when it is set as they have all been amazing. I expected Primal to be good but it surpassed my expectations. I love the sniper rifle but now I use the spear and watching it hit with a satisfying thud as it lifts an enemy off their feet is fun. Ordering or riding the tamed beasts is great and using the owl to attack and drop bombs is better than just tagging enemies, they took the best elements and added to them. So I think wherever the next FC is set (whether it be cowboys v indians, fighting south American cartels or even Vikings) it will be different and just as good (but if I get my sniper rifle back I will be happy :) ).
FC for me has always been about surviving overwhelming odds and developing my character from a weakling into an attacker, Ubisoft has surprised me with how good it adapts to a prehistoric setting so I guess they can make it work anywhere, any time.
@Tustanuxo Yes the combat system in For Honor is brilliant, I've used a mouse and keyboard all my life but I'm learning to use a controller just for that, because it really give the sensation of swinging a sword (and it has Vikings, who unfortunately, seem to get overlooked in games).
