I have deposited 2 x £10 to sign up and play Gala Casino and Gala Bingo for the reward of circa 4,000 gems. I have sent an email to uplay that I have yet to receive my gems. Tapjoy claim the gems have been allocated to my account but you can check that my rewards have not successfully been pulled through to my account.
If working with tapjoy allows you to make additional revenue streams on customer deposits then I demand my gems are added to my account as you're subsequently defrauding the paying customers who do not receive their due reward.
I want an answer and to be contacted with an immediate response as this is an absolute disgrace.
