Hurk’s Redemption code valid then not working
Hello,
I've tried 5 times now to submit my request for help to this problem to ubisoft customer support, but the web page won't let me actually submit the question ... it just directs me to FAQs that don't actually fix the problem and then presents me with two buttons: Problem Solved (which it isn't) or Submit Question (which doesn't work to actually submit my question ... clicking does nothing).
Here's my problem. i have purchased the Limited Edition version of Far Cry 4 WITH leaflets containing codes for Hurk’s Redemption
wHEN I REDEEMED IT SHOWED VALID AND TRY TO DOWNLOAD 108KB SIZE FILE WHICH INTERRUPTED. nOW WHEN I am entering again getting an error message saying your code is not valid.
Plz resolve the issue.. I'm just trying to figure out how to redeem the promo code to download the game.
Ubisoft customer support, can you help? Also, please don't just redirect me to the ubisoft customer support link that isn't working -- I would not appreciate getting a digital stiff arm in this way after I already explained how the customer support page won't let me submit my question in the first place. Also didnt got reply from fb page. I am from india and their contacts are not responding on fone:mad::mad:. Otherwise, I wouldn't be doing this through this forum.
2017 And the codes still aren't working
Just bought FC4 for my son for his Bday and I guess bogus codes are still being put out there or a fix was never implemented. What gives, Ubisoft I use to admire your company for it's customer service and quality of products. I guess all things come to an end.:(
