I recently upgraded my TV to a 4K TV and the games timing for bunny hops and leaning feels very laggy.
If I switch back to my old TV the controls are as they were.
Is this a known issue?

Speaking unofficially - I have a friend who has a 4K TV - and he also noticed some lag if the TV 'upscales' games - to 4K - this is due to the time it takes for the TV processing the image and not the game.
You should check if you are able to disable this, and display just the normal unprocessed image,.
Thank you Mr Shade
I will try this when I get home tonight

it's called input delay.
i was looking for a new 4K tv recently and this was the main consideration.
i ended up with a sony that had a very low input delay.
you have to set the picture mode for the input you use for gaming to - Game Mode -
this switches off a lot of the extra processing and the input lag will be much reduced.
but all tvs are different.
