Ubisoft denied my ban appeal on R6S and says their is nothing that can be done. I streamed the match that I was sanctioned in and its shows proof no wrong doing took place. They have told me twice now nothing can be done except I watch a popular YouTuber get his account back for similar circumstances. I know full well you probably will give me 10 word response because your trained to but my “Further Questions” would these. How does Ubisoft protect players from false positives? Why do they deny any appeal even when Ubisoft customer has proof code of conduct was not breached? please explain what a consumer can do to discuss or dispute a claim further than customer support?
I bought some R6 credits from the PS4 store but I don’t have the credits in the game, can this be fixed?
