Hey, I am having problem with the activation code for Assassin's creed IV Black Flag. I purchased this game from steam. I got the activation key but it won't work. So I contacted your customer support and I gave the proofs of purchase from steam and the activation key problem proof too. I made a case 7-8 hours ago,but my case is still in waiting. When will my problem get solved?
Could you tell them aramusha needs a buff in for honor. He's gone from one of the best to literally the worst. Please fix this I cant play anymore because the constant losing due to an unbalanced game is degrading my will to continue playing.

Hello,Ubisoft.I am your loyal player.I spend a lot of money and time playing your games.I really like your games and I can not imagine how you made these games.So I talk to many persons who are close to me about your games.Now they play your games too.Far Cry 4 is also a great game and we really want to play it on Ps4 with Chinese subtitles.The PC version has already added Chinese subtitles last year.But there is still no Chinese now.Games are going to appear faster and faster.If after a long time later,there is still no Chinese for Far Cry 4 of the PS4 version.We will spend our time playing the other games.My friends really do not want to wait for something that cannot be done.But I believe Ubisoft,and I believe you guys can do it.It is not only good for me and my friends,there will be more people who use Chinese want to buy Far Cry 4 .And there will be more people know Far Cry and Ubisoft.It is a great idea for all of us.So please do it as faster as you can,thank you very much.

Hello there, I’m aware that account transferring is not available right now for PlayStation to PC, but I’m wandering if Ubisoft is working on Account transfering or Account Linking because in the future people could transfer a PlayStation account to PC but not link all the stats and cosmetic,so could you tell me on what there working on and if you don’t have the information I would still love to here some information.
