  1. Today I went into the DZ, too early to know what to make of it, there were some rouge agents that killed me, and others that killed me, I know the enemy's when in the LZ, cleaners ect, are the rouge agents other players, and also are there just ordinary players out to kill me, kinda hard to to what was going on, all a bit of chaos. I got a feel for playing in the LZ where as the DZ feels like Ive entered into a hornets nest. What should be my game plan, staying alive No1.
  2. I've reached level 30, everything is 100% at base, my current gear score is 54, and my world tier map page is telling me I can only start Tier 01, once my gear score reaches 182 then I can go to Tier 02, and so on.
I'm at the entrance of Amhersts apartment and I can set difficulty to normal, hard. Then I can select outbreak, severe outbreak, critical outbreak.
The harder of the 2 means more rewards , what do you recommend starting out settings wise ?.
Are all the mission's a rerun with harder settings = more rewards.

About Bambihunter71
Biography:
I'm a nearly 50 year old long time PC game player. I started gaming on a VIC 20, then a Commodore 64. Due to having it available at school, I even gamed some on Apple IIc and IIe. I built my first PC in the early 90's which was MUCH tougher than today. I have never owned any gaming consoles.

Now, I play something most every night. Some might consider me a "casual" gamer because I rarely ever PvP. But, I do like chasing achievements up to a point. I will not play content I hate just to complete them. I mostly run solo in my games.

Overall, I like challenging games, but generally not the highest difficulty. For instance, in The Division 1, I have solo'd 2 legendaries without dying. But, I generally prefer to run everything in Challenging mode instead. In Breakpoint, I generally run Immersive Mode with limited HUD.

I am a systems administer by trade. I started professionally at it in 1998 and have slowly crept up the ladder. My current position; I am one of 2 state-side System Admins covering 3 locations plus India location. All together, about 1500 users with 3 at my level, and two lower level admins to run it all.

I love classic cars. I have a 1983 Oldsmobile Hurst/Olds 15th Anniversary model.

I am a big gun collector in real life. I also spend a lot of time outdoors fishing, shooting, and hunting. It is the latter one that gives me my screen name. When I was younger, I had some friends over and was all dressed up in camo ready to try bow hunting for deer. My mom, trying to make me feel guilty for hunting, called me her "lil bambi hunter". My friends thought that was hilarious. So, after some ribbing, they actually kind of liked it. More than one classmate at my 30th high school reunion couldn't remember my real name but remembered that. The numbers are my birth year. See, I'm an old fart. :-)

My latest PC is quite a gaming monster. In fact, that's what I named it.
Asus WS x299 Sage
EVGA GeForce RTX 3090 FTW3 Ultra (OC’d when gaming)
G.Skill TridentZ 128GB DDR 4 3866
Samsung 970 EVO M.2 2280 2TB NVMe
Asus ROG GeForce RTX NVLink
Intel Core i9-9980XE (18 core Extreme Edition OC’d for daily use at 4.4ghz)
Corsair AX1600 Watt Titanium
Water cooled

CPU-Z Validation: https://valid.x86.fr/y1srm1

I also have a pair of 2080ti's out in the system that I use for Folding@home. On games that can really use it, I'll use one of them for Physx.
Location:
Rural Oklahoma USA
Interests:
Hunting, fishing, collecting and shooting firearms. Really, any time spent outdoors is a good day.
Occupation:
I.T. Systems Administrator since 1998
