Thank you for your response. I'm not 100% sure how to submit a ticket. When I click on the link provided it just takes me to the Ubi.com home page. I'm not sure where to go from there. Are the issues I detailed in my message actually being investigated? I have seen a number of people with the exact same issue. So it does seem to be quite widespread. Please could you confirm.
