Ello Noty! Just figured I'd break the trend of fanbased complaint messages and drop in to say you're my favorite Ubisoft personnel. I realized this when I was reading a Kensei needing buff post and you explained that being a parent of 14 kids means not everyone gets immediate attention. Perfect analogy, some people tend to forget the struggle balancing fanbased requests and imminent needed fixes. Keep up the kickass work!
Hi UbiNoty, I have a question. After all I contacted support again to tell them that I didn't got my melee packs and they didn't answer. When I see my case it says closed but in progress. Does it mean that I just have to wait?
Any response would be amazing. I've seen you tell people that you have fixed the current issue, so you should be able to tell me what happened and why I was once again penalized for your inadequacies.
Please, I'm tired of having to post here. Give us any information as to what's going on with Xbox and it's lack of literally ANYTHING. Matchmaking is horrendous with teams being outranked by 30 ranks or more. Connection issues that you are constantly blaming on the player base and providing no REAL information as to how we are breaking your game so badly. Hell, even your rewards system, you know....the only reason to play this game anymore, is broken. So now I'm literally just getting frustrated for ABSOLUTELY no reason. I don't care about a smoke skirt, or executions that you have had on YouTube for a whole month before releasing them. I just want to play and earn XP. I've gotten past the "play for fun" train of thought and I'm simply grinding in hopes that if and when you decide to pull your head from your rears that HOPEFULLY you'll have a playable game, but now you've even taken that away.
