  2. OK thank you, I received a response on my case today saying the cancellation has been sorted and the money should be back to me in a week. Thank you for your help. If I hadn't found you whilst searching forums I'd have hated this company so much more

  5. So is there no way you can help? All I want is a simple cancellation. Ive been unable to get any live chat as its consistently greyed out. Ive been waiting since the 24th of Feb for a simple cancellation, and they've been "investigating" my case since the 3rd. What's to investigate about a simple cancellation on a game that has no release date yet? Especially an investigation that is taking at minimum a week so far. Like your seriously the only person from ubi who has even replied to me. Its frustrating.

  7. I'm not sure if this is your department, but can I suggest simply adding a cancel button to the orders page. Waiting for support to get back just to cancel a game is ridiculous, adding a cancel button would save their time for more serious issues. And since all I want to do is cancel I have no idea where my case is in the queue since it probably isn't deemed of high importance. Also not sure if your live chat is down but it's been greyed out for a few days.
