  1. Hello. I post a discussion 2 days ago taht my acc was stolen. I had to create new acc, but i forgot my email, so i can't log in But that is not the problem.
    My account was stolen. I can't log in. Name: BrandyWO email: BrandyWO@seznam.cz
    I have lots of games there so i spent lots of money and i want to play games on uPlay, but I can't .
    The discussion i posted was from second account i had to create has name BrandyWO.
    Also, i tried to recover my password 5 times on BrandyWO@seznam.cz email, but I recieved no email from Ubisoft.

  3. Hey i was wondering if you could help me too. I have been getting these "server error" messages when trying to buy games on uplay and i cant seem to get it to work.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    update: i managed to get past that part then another error came up in red saying:
    PMT_000011 : ubina, en_CA, There is money to authorize, But no Aurthorize delegated were applicable, 12481915222

    then it wouldn't let me click on the checkout button... im not sure what to do.

    Hi many thanks for responding to my querie and trying to help me. My season pass and AC3 were bought from the same 3rd party retailer. I can provide my season pass key and AC3 key if you wish. Any help in getting my season pass working is greatly appreciated
