The situation you describe sounds like a payment failure, which results in the suspension of your subscription until successful payment is taken. Provided that payment is taken, or else that you update your payment method and one is taken then, your access will be restored and any pending charges on the account will expire, making the funds accessible to you again. A pending charge is not necessarily a confirmed payment, as they appear that way when there is an authorisation hold.

  2. Ubisoft really sucks, I had to search you to say that, I got uplau+ subscription 2 days backs , you guys deducted the money activated the account and then tried to charge me again thrice. Thank be to lord I was aware of your company's ****ty practices and had emptied my account. But to my surprise now I cannot use the sevice I paid for ,Yeah. Overall a great experience I had when I had to pay 15€ for a demo instead of a months subscription .
