Hello again! Sorry it took me so long to get back to you, I was on vacation for the holidays. I did find a communication from Support when I came back to work this morning, this is a copy/paste of that communication: "Unfortunately, I don’t have a good answer on this one. It’s an ongoing issue that we’re investigating with the development team, and so I don’t have a good timeframe for when it’ll be answered" I'll poke them again today and see of there are further updates.
