Oleg Im sure you know alot of people use the quick track record button to warp on purpose hitting it 100's of times. While its a very good button to have to record a quick online track to catch a great moment people abuse it.

Is there anyway you can add in code when someone hits the quick track record button it displays online at the top of the screen when they hit the command and would be saved to the log?

%username% started recording net track.
%username% stopped recording net track.
%username% pressed printscreen.

etc it would really be helpful to the online commmunity, also if the host had the ability to disable nettracks in thier server along with print screen.

Heh, I didnt know about that cheat. What a shame people dont just fly and see who the better guy is. I have never understood the mentality of the cheater. I mean, come on, the wonderful part about this sim is that you can fly, get killed, and fly again. They couldnt do that in real life.

Hey, maybe Oleg will make a realism add-on.

Think about Lead's fix idea, or the realism add-on? /i/smilies/16x16_smiley-happy.gif It would be cool. There would be less whiners, as they would die pretty fast, unfortunately you might lose customers for future sims... /i/smilies/16x16_smiley-wink.gif

Nice to see you Oleg, keep coming back, we miss you!

On a serious note, if this lag creating cheat works, a fix, or the ability to find out IF someone is using it would be great. Cheaters only cheat themselves of the wonderful experience of on-line simming!

I think it's an excellent idea.

I have an additional idea to prevent an overflow of useless messages:
Send the message only while the player is in the air; that is if he pushes the key while the "Refly" button is not available on his "Escape" screen.

You should be able to start recording a track before take-off and stop it after landing without sending a message, as in these situations you don't get any unfair benefit from pushing the "cheat key".

Much appreciated Oleg! Thanks for considering the requests! And thanks to everyone for not demanding anything, just providing possible solutions to an issue.

Thats the kind of spirit we need!
