We're recruiting new members to join our club, and I hear why should you ask?

First, go to the start menu. Next, go dow to my brotherhood, then My Club, and then hit X on "Search for a club", when highlighted.
Next, it will bring you up a screen. Press Y, and you will be accepted as soon as I get the request.
