Hi everyone,

Just in case you missed it, as some of you have heard, I will be helping out with the Trials Frontier Forums. I know some of you have been asking about their status on pending Support Tickets. If you have tickets that have been pending without response for longer than 72 hours and want a more immediate solution, please post your ticket numbers here: http://forums.ubi.com/showthread.php...kets-Post-Here (http://forums.ubi.com/showthread.php/990188-Pending-Support-Tickets-Post-Here)

Please Include:

Uplay ID:
If your playing on Android or iOS:
Your pending Support Ticket Number:
And a 1 to 5 word brief description of the issue you are running into.

Note: If your having trouble remembering your ticket number, you can reference the no-reply email that was sent to the email address that is attached to your Uplay account.

Please do not post multiple ticket numbers if they are for the same problem.

I will see to it that your pending tickets are sent to the correct person. Any questions in regards to tickets, feel free to also post them here and I will answer them to the best of my ability.


PS: Please only post tickets that have been pending for more than 72 hours.
