View Full Version : Altair Armor unlocked and then locked again?

Hello all, I am curios if anyone else has had this issue. I unlocked the Altair outfit a while ago, and have 100% completion in the game and in the companion app. I haven't accessed the game in like 2-3 weeks and today when I opened it again I noticed the Altair robes are blocked again. However in the companion app I am still 100% and the game itself (including the artifacts are 100% synchronized). But the outfit appears locked asking me to play the companion app.

Did this happen to anyone? Is there a solution?

I have a similar issue with some weapons including the Sword of Eden. Ive unlocked them but have no option to equip them. Ive sent a question to ubi and am still waiting to hear back. Not holding my breath tho

I haven't unlocked it yet so I can't really help :(

you could try a ticket. Ubi has never answered any of my ACU companion app tickets though

I already raised a ticket three days ago but without answer of course. however I did not raise as a comp app issue, since actually this is a game issue. because the armor unlocks when you have all the right artifacts (which indeed you unlock from the app), but you still have to find them ingame. and since I have all the artifacts the armor should be there

Nope, not alone. But for me the outfit was never even unlocked in the main game even though I have collected every artifact in the rifts (I have 100% for the artifacts in the progress tracker).
I submitted a ticket today, we shall see if there will be any answer..

Hello raducucosmin84,

Thank you for the update.

Our Devs have confirmed all the outfits that can be unlocked through the companion app will be made available in-game by default in a future update.

Our Devs also assured us the release date for this patch will be very, very soon! So keep an eye out for new game updates.

Good to hear they are fixing it. I just unlocked it and I've been afraid to take it off.
