Hello guys/gals i have been playing ACU for a while now and suddenly it got so lagy that it is completly unplayable.

my pc specs are:
GPU: Gforce GTX 970
CPU: Intel i5-4690k 3.50GHz
Memory: 8gb ram
Windows 8.1

It is really anoying me sinc ei only played a small part of the game with no problem and now i can barely get passed the loading screen.
The moment i go in game my fps drops to 1 and if i move one step forward then the game crashes.

Hello,

it seems some corrupted files or background process utilizing CPU/GPU , please try to verify game files (Games --> ACU ---> Click Arrow next "Play" button)

if it didnt work, do you have your CPU/GPU overclocked?

There's something wrong with your rig. I have a 970 / 8350, and it's running fine (for Ubisoft standards, at least).

Not necessarily.
One of the issues from the beginning has been differing performance on even some nearly identical rigs.

same rigs and same hardware, only difference is installed softwares on the rig itself that consume CPU usage or blocking games from performing properly, i'm sure if both rigs have fresh windows install, the game will run same on both.

Game is only software, same code running here and there, so i think you got the idea

There are a lot of threads about this, did you even read them and try the solutions?
