I found this link to several of Bob Steven's WWII comics that I thought folks might like:

http://www.planestuff.com/comics3.html

Bob Stevens was a comic strip artist who did a lot of aviation strips, and specifically a lot of WWII strips. His stuff was funny, and great for putting a human side to all the machines and how they were used. His work was published in at least three collections ("There I Was...", "More 'There I Was...'" and "If You Read Me, Rock The Tower"), and he used to do a monthly strip for Air Force Magazine. On another site I read that he unfortunately died in 1994 after a long fight with cancer.

Since a lot of his stuff dealt with WWII aircraft, I thought forum members would get a kick out of it.
