I'll translate some of it

Laite on saksalainen 20mm siipitykki numerotarkka 1942 valmistettu,siistikuntoinen yksil√¬∂.
Ei vaadi ostolupaa on DEAKTIVOITU,kuitenkin t√¬§ysin purettavissa.Asetta on k√¬§ytetty WW II Mersu 109:n siipi ja nokkatykkin√¬§.
N√¬§it√¬§ ei ole usein tarjolla!!
Ostaja maksaa rahdin.

-German 20mm wingcannon, made in 1942, good condition.
Doesn't need buying permission, is deaktivated but is possible to dismantle. Weapon has been used in WW2 Bf-109 as a wing and peak cannon.
You can't find these very often.
Buyer pays the cargo.
The weapon is in exellent condition all the original warning stickers are in place etc

it's not translated from word to word and I didn't know the meanings of few words so I left them out and sorry my bad english

If that thing's sent by airmail, who's going to pass the security controls with that thing wrapped as a present? /i/smilies/16x16_smiley-very-happy.gif

He says it has been bought from the goverment. When the Finnish Air Force was getting rid of the 109's, the cannons were sold.
