View Full Version : Can't contact support - wont send the question form

I've been trying for a week now, the question to support form will never be sent (sends me back to fill out the form).
My problem is I don't have access to the e-mail registered to my Uplay account, so if I try to change it, a confirmation is sent there (which is really stupid since I'm trying to change it just because not having access)

Another thing is that my Season Pass game code was sent to that e-mail address, so I'm a bit screwed here, I can't contact support, so I can't do a thing about it, any advice would be appreciated

Hi,

You can change the email address as long as you contact support from the account - www.support.ubi.com

Once that is done - you can ask support to resend or reissue your code.

Please check your java is upto date - and try a different web browser - since you may have something blocking it on the current one.

If you use chrome - try firefox etc :)

That's the problem, I tried on Firefox, Chrome, Opera, erased cache, nothing will send the form.
I filled it out, it sends me to the confirmation page to ask the question, I confirm and it sends me back to the form

Hello,

When others have encountered the issue you describe, in general updating Java, clearing their browser cache, then restarting their browser resolved the issue and let them submit a ticket. However, if you've tried all that and you still cannot submit the webform you can contact the Ubisoft Support team through one of their other channels:
