Two days ago, i bought "Heroes of might and magic VI" on the steam winter sale and installed it. But when i try to launch the game, the loading box pops up for half a second, then it disappears, and nothing happens.

Also yesterday, i bought "Assassins Creed Revelations" on steam and installed it. But that game won't start either, nothing pops up.

I have tried: Running as administrator, both uplay and steam.
restarting steam, uplay and the computer.
Removing startup programs and restarting pc.
Reinstalling uplay.

I dont get any error messages.

I have the exact same problem - so far ubisoft's support has been unhelpfull (telling me to uninstall and reinstall the gamelauncher, which I have already done several times).

Please let me know if you find a solution!

Until this issue has been solved I'm done buying anything from Ubisoft

/Mette

When you reinstalled Uplay, did you do so following the steps listed in this (https://support.ubi.com/en-gb/FAQ.aspx?platformid=9&brandid=22&productid=3362&faqid=kA030000000eSrvCAE) support article? There are some files that may need to be manually deleted as part of the process.
