My Account zaa495. I have the wrong email address. I have entered incorrectly domain in the email address.
Set:
@gmal.com

Meant to be:
@gmail.com

How do I change it!? Ask a moderator to change the address. If I try to change the address, it is sent to an invalid email address.
Help please !!!
Thank you.

I have the same issue. My confirmation code emails have gone to my old Uplay account which is now well and truly deactivated. No problem, I thought, I'll try and change it.

To change it, you have to actually go into the email you want to change from? Where's the logic in that? Now, despite the fact I thought the emails would go to my PSN email, not the Uplay one, I can't access it at all, and have to wait for customer service to reply. :mad:

Hello both of you,

Thank you for contacting us. If you do not have access to your registered email address you will need to contact the Ubisoft Support team for assistance. The support team will need to go over some security questions with you; once those are answered, a new email address can be added to your account.

You can contact support through our ticket system's webform found by clicking on "My questions" on this page: https://support.ubi.com and then clicking "Ask a Question". You will need to log in to submit a ticket, but you can use the accounts you are posting on the forum with, just make sure you include details of the account you cannot access so the support team can identify it.

If you have any issues using the webform, you can contact support for assistance through their Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/UbisoftSupport), Twitter account (https://twitter.com/UbisoftSupport) or by phone (https://support.ubi.com/en-us/FAQ.aspx?platformid=60&brandid=2030&productid=3888&faqid=kA030000000eiChCAI).

To answer your question deathstroke_123, requiring that you have access to the email address currently registered to your account makes it significantly harder for someone to steal your account. If you could change account details without having access to the registered email address, accounts would be significantly less secure than they currently are.
