Hello, I activated Far Cry 4 on account "bgdaddyzn" (email is william@pcfundi.co.za), I accidentally clicked on 'change user', and without realizing I changed accounts (because it did not ask me to select an account, or log in again) I activated Far Cry 4 on the wrong account.

Also, you guys need to work on your password recovery, I submit my email for the reset link, and it keeps telling me an email will be sent, but it never is.

Thank you for contacting us with your issues. It is not normal practice for games to be transferred between accounts, however, each case is assessed on its own merits, so if you contact the Ubisoft Support team and explain your issue they may be able to help.

With regards to your question about password recovery, when you sign up to Uplay you should receive an email from the account AccountSupport@ubi.com. Please check your email account to see if you received one or not.

If you did not receive one, then it's possible that you wrote your email address incorrectly when you signed up and that is why you're not getting any password reset emails.

Unfortunately forum moderators don't have access to your account information, so I can't look into this matter for you. Please contact the Ubisoft Support team for assistance in regaining access to your account.

You can contact support through our ticket system's webform found by clicking on "My questions" on this page: https://support.ubi.com and then clicking "Ask a Question". You will need to log in to submit a ticket, but you can use the accounts you are posting on the forum with, just make sure you include details of the account you cannot access so the support team can identify it.
