I have made a support ticket or whatever it's called about missing actions and rewards in a game. First they did answer pretty soon after I did what they told me (send screenshots etc.) but now I have waited for almost TWO MONTHS without receiving a response. I even made another question if something happened to the first, but that didn't work either. Still no response. What is the problem?

I hope you will understand if i skip introductory pleasantries and get to the point:

How long do i need to wait for support to reply please?
I sent ticket last month related to SHV, and still no reply. This is unacceptable.

IS UBI even providing support for this any more? Or game is dead completely and abandoned? Or they are simply too lazy to even bother with this fail any more?

Whatever is the reason - simple "sod off "in reply and closed ticket even would be better instead of no reply at all....

I hope someone`s paycheck will be a bit thiner because of this error.

So you suggest me to spend more money on phone just to get in touch with them?

Interesting suggestion but im afraid that will not happen.
Im still expecting ticket reply or im going to ECC and then we will have court issue.
I payed fort that game and now i cant play it because they cant find their *** with both hands.

twitter = free and it takes less then a few moments to make a twitter account to message support

plus they answer very fast on twitter and i am sorry if you live in an area where a simple phone call is too expensive

was only trying to provide helpful information to help others get a fix and a faster response for their problems

other online services (like Steam ) do not even offer support options that move as quickly as Ubisoft offers via Phone and social media

Thank you for your advice, but i prefere official channels.

And i think you missed the point - i DONT WANT to go around and do their work. Try with twitter, try to call them etc. Forget it. I already sent them ticket. So what it he issue to respond to that within reasonable time ? Because i dont see any reason to be so slow with reply.

My man over here waiting for my the division 2 copy which i bought. when I was at the confirm and pay section and i pressed it and then the launcher gave an error message and the money went through to ubisoft but i never received the purchase confirmation and i never received the game and the purchase doesnt even show up in my order history. I have tried to contact the finnish support team via phone call but they never answer my man has been trying to contact then for 2 days pls someone help me :( -CanIhasTheGamePlsMenDontScamMe

I also bought The Division 2 with the Standard package, I was thrown back to the billing address section and when I checked the Credit Card... the money was taken already, without having the confirmation e-mail sent to me.
I've waited almost three days providing this info together with a photo of the money being taken from the card and I stil got no answer.
I think this is just unacceptable because US, customers, are NOT being provided with either the service (in this case game) nor the help we need to solve the problem (in this case CUSTOMER SERVICE). We have the right to get support and we're not being provided with anything, but we stil get our money taken for a game we're not getting any sooner.

I bought the Division2 twice and Support promised me to refund the game. Ticket has been unanswered for 16 days.

i have the same problem with a game purchase.
i asked for a refund they didnt even send a conformation email they just stopped responding.
