So whenever I set Vsync or adaptive Vsync in the control panel with ACU.exe it never works, vsync is clearly off and my framerate is all over the place, is this normal and is there a solution?

I had to set vsync under global. Doing it on the exe or within Nvidia inspector didn't work

I noticed the same thing trying to force AA with the Nvidia control panel. Wether I try to apply it to ACU.exe or globally, neither works. Not sure what I am doing wrong, using a GTX770 and the 344.65 drivers.

The in-game v-sync is fine, it also applies triple buffer so you don't get 60 to 30 to 15fps drops with v-sync on. As for forcing AA in games, it generally is hit and miss, a lot of games don't support hardware AA because of deferred rendering isn't very compatible with hardware AA, hence why we have Post AA like FXAA/SMAA/MLAA.

Oh ok. Thought I read somewhere that some people reported it running better with control panel forced AA, so I was giving it a try. Or trying to give it a try.
