View Full Version : [Ubisoft_Account] I need to change my email but I don't have access to the email currently registered

I can login to m account but I cannot change my email since and email with instructions will be sent to my old email which doesn't exist anymore
Do you know who can help me with the issue?
I submitted the question in customer support through my account, but I did that 5 days ago and haven't received any response and I really don't believe they will ever answer.

I have the same problem,but i forgot my email and it has bees a week and no response I am desperate to do anything to play my games because this is annoying

I need help please someon help me

I have written on their facebook page as well.It seems many other people have the same issues. Some people wait for months without getting a response.
somehow the only thing that make sense is to completely avoid using Uplay or just from the beginning accept that there will be no support if anything goes wrong.
I just wonder, do they get the messages at all?
