View Full Version : Can someone at Ubisoft please help, with Initiates?

My friend and housemate has been having nothing but endless problems with Assassin's Creed Unity, most of which are now resolved. But the problem with initiates is still there and he just seems to get the same response every time he contacts customer support. The response is "It's broken." That really doesn't help.

He got the game pretty much all good, initiates as it was initially was a problem, but seemed to mostly work. Around the time of the big Initiates patch, was where t all started to go wrong. There were major problems. He opened it once and it started what seemed to be a new profile, but it would not show any of his saved data, he has followed the forum post and loaded from unity, but the process never got past adding the unity data. He then followed the post on the acinitiates twitter account to send a ticket if it took longer then four days, the response was basically as above. He seems to be getting very dis-heartened by it all, so I am hoping that someone can help?!

It feels like initiates has made two profiles for him, and they are in conflict. Can someone there at Ubisoft or with the Initiates stuff please help? We just need a workaround or for Initiates to start working properly. It is really hampering his ability to have as much fun as he should be. :) Thanks.

Hi There,

Ubisoft support are in the best position to answer questions about accounts, since they have access.

Forum staff do not, sorry to say :(

The problem is he has contacted customer support twice and both times they just answered with basically "It's broken". This has not helped him fix the problem, plus it sounds like it will never be fixed?
