View Full Version : [Ubisoft_Account] When will Uplay Win be back?

So I had this issue of actions and points not unlocking in Watch Dogs. After huge hassle with support (and the nice help of people from this forum) I finally received a (rather rude) reply stating the Uplay Win was deactivated and will be back at some point, unlocking everything that was achieved in the meantime. So I have two questions:

1. Why was Uplay Win deactivated in the first place?
2. When will it be back?

Thank you for contacting us. At around the time Assassin's Creed Unity was released, the WIN system was disabled while work was done to address some issues with the system. Those issues were resolved and the WIN system was brought back online some time ago now however. As far as I'm aware the system has not been disabled again and it appears to be working fine for me (though I don't own Watch_Dogs so I can't check directly regarding that game).

Unfortunately I don't work directly with the support team so I can't look into your ticket, but if you believe the response was unsatisfactory I suggest you contact the support team directly to discuss the matter. So aside from the support's reaction being rude it was also a false statement. What quality service. No thanks, won't call support again. If Ubisoft wants to treat customers like that, so be it. I got enough of that crap.

Thanks for the enlighting reply. At least the forum staff seems to be capable of good support.
