View Full Version : Uplay points bug?

So I just finished act I on Watch Dogs and there is an action that gives you 20 uplay points if you finish the act I. After I finished it, i spent like 5 more minutes in the game and then exited it to check my points. I was surprised to see that I had no uplay points on the account even tho it said action complete. What should I do?

my problem its closer to the same of yours dude... but in my case occurs at Act 4 Mission Vengeance... haven't owned 40 uPoints and Gold D50 that i bought haven't came for me =(

Except the Support doesn't answer tickets at all. The automated reply tells you something about 2-3 days. For me it has been over a week now and I even opened a second ticket now. I get that maybe support has a lot to do because of the AC:U disaster and all that, but it's really not nice to ignore paying customers.

I have kind of the same issue. Game is Watch Dogs too. Got no rewards and points unlocked even though I got the achievements for the specific tasks. Starting a new game and doing the stuff didn't work as well. As more people have the same issue maybe some bug was introduced with a patch or something. Hopefully support (in case they actually do HELP at some point) can unlock those manually for us so we get those actions marked as done as well as the points added to our accounts.
