Notre Dame Secret Passage bug?

Hello.

I've got one question - is it possible to open secret sewer passage in Notre Dame after you've completed the mission where u have to assassinate a Templar inside it? Becouse I've opened this entrance from the Notre Dame and then I've closed it using buttong and the bottom of the stairs leading to the sewers. Now I can't open this passage again - is it just me (bug) or it's normal?

This is something I discovered too. The passageway worked during the Sivert assassination, however in order to open it again you need to complete two of the Paris Stories missions in which you obtain two of the gears to the mechanism in order to access [something] down there. Outside of those two missions I don't know if it works or not.
