Hello everyone
I remember I saw in WWII footage american airstrips were covered with a metallic matting (can't remember the exact name) to allow take off and landing in muddy conditions. Does anyone know if this feature will be developed, or we're going to have the same strips of IL2-FB? Thanks

Marston matting, or PSP, for Perforated Steel Planking.

I doubt we'll see anything significantly different than what we have in FB now. Maybe, at best, a different layout of the fields, but I'm betting that the actual appearence will not be any different than what we are seeing now in FB.

Marston matting, that's the name!
Thanks Razor. It's a pity it's not going to be implemented.
