View Full Version : [IMPORTANT] Ubi removed my account?!

Hello,

Last night after i played Dota 2, I wanted to play Far Cry 3 which I just bought but i can't log in and it say about some service. Today I tried again but Uplay totally log me out of my account so I re-set password and tried to login but when i log in i found out that all my games are gone and that my account is linked to another account which have no games. I am not sure what has happen and hoping you may help me. My account name is called Frenchtoast2.
Please help me as I don't want to waste money and I think that Uplay is a good application and i do not want to reconsider that
My account name is also different from before
And yes i have done a ticket and send it to the customer service last 2 days ago.

What cause it? And how to I resolve it?

In order to regain access to your account you need to contact the Ubisoft Support team. They will go through some security questions then, once they are satisfied that you are the owner, help you get back into your account.

I did use the ticket but they didn't answer me yet

The account I used to send the ticket with have some problem as when I log in this came out "Could not find phrase 'username_auto_generated'.
What does this mean?



I have given them my account name and my CD key for my game

I'm uncertain of the exact nature of the error message you mention, but it likely relates to your username. Uplay accounts that are created in certain ways have auto generated usernames like yours with the word guest followed by a series of letters.

You should receive a response to your ticket within two working days of submitting it. If you have not had a response from the support team within two working days, please contact a forum manager with your question ID and they can contact support to ask about any delays in resolving your issue. but i still need help with my uplay account. The ticket didn't work as they just send me this"At this time we were having issues with users not being able to log into Uplay." They didn't give me an answer on how do I fixed this or they can help me.

And What about the "Could not find phrase "username_auto_generated" issue. How do I fix it? Cause I need the account to send another ticket.
