Hi,

Is this little caper going to be modelled in PF or BoB for night missions in particular?

Cheers,
Norris

just a scaled down exhaust flame from the jets would work nicely, no?

small blue flames, flashing randomly when in low throttle setting and full flames in flight, espacially when you push full throttle would give a nice touch...

if u've ever watched the movie 'midway' when the zero's were taking off from the carrier, they had some exhaust flame during the roll. would make things more realistic in a dusk/night time setting

I'm willing to bet it would have to wait till a new engine was devised (BoB) for something like that.

It'd be nice to see smoke and flames get spit out of the exhaust covers on the inline engines and the same thing on radials out of the ports commonly on the sides of the plane. And some belching smoke if someone takes it from idle to near full in a couple of seconds. Would make things interesting...

Weren't those actually AT-6 Texan trainers with Zero paint schemes?

I suppose it doesn't matter though; they should have them anyway. Would look sweet if nothing else.
