So,back at E3 some devs,if not all, stated that the game would take place in Paris until 1799.But,the real game ended in 1794.No wonder why the game fwlt a little bi short(not counting coop and side missions). Also,i did not recall this scene in game, unless it appeared in a co-op mission:http://img2.wikia.nocookie.net/__cb20140610045618/assassinscreed/images/e/e0/Assassin%27s_Creed_Unity_Screenshot_4.jpg(it is not concept art,i have seen it in a ign video too). So,is it possible that some parts were cut out for a potential Arno sequel,a la AC2?

The picture is from a co-op mission intro. The devs always stated that the game will end in 1794. But it was confusing when they said it began in 1789 and would end in 10 or more years, but if you count the part from 1776, it is spanning more than 10 years.

In addition, some of the co-op missions have dates in the 1800s and beyond.

What they said was that the main story would end in 1794 but the co-op missions would go beyond, upto 1800. The Mission "The Infernal Machine" is the latest set mission, it covers a real-life assassination attempt on Napoleon after he became First Consul(Dictator).
