Then i start downloading i have 1.8 mb\sec, but after download 10 gb i have 3 kb\sec speed. Why?

It downloaded the whole game at 3.5mb/s for me, so I'm sure it's something on your side.

i have the same issue, the way i solve it is to cancel the download / restart the client

It took me 1h to download all files. So there's something on your side. Maybe your ISP doesnt really like when you download a lot.
