After 5 months, my Extreme 3D PRO Logitech went to death walley..

(Also axis 'jumping' problem like to another people, I dont even want to have repleacement.. All repairs are temporaly.. I strongly recomend not to buy this stick, and it is very hard to say this because for me it wos really extreme perfect shape-ergonomy-butons&axes stick....)

I finally find where I can buy Saitek it in my country-so I make last reserch after big disapointement with Logitech...

I heard only nice about Sitek on forum-and I cant believe it can be soo good..

Question about Cyborg EVO is;
are both side base butons acesabile with free hand,is it posiblle to turn of light, does it really works longer than 5 months without axis problems?

And;is there eny reason to buy old Cyborg Gold??
(he is only 7 euro cheaper than Evo wich is 40 euro, only diferent in 2 buttons and ergonomy-shape..)

Thanks to all!!

P.S. X-45 is simply to big for a moment.. All of them I have to order without seeing them before...

The Evo is the follow up model to the Cyborg, so in theory it's and improvement. Functionally they're more or less the same but I think that you may find the pots & switches a touch more reliable in the Evo.

The evo's a very fine stick http://ubbxforums.ubi.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif

It's also configurable for left/right hand and your hand size http://ubbxforums.ubi.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif

The base buttons are accesible, although the side your free hand is on is ofcause easier to access...

I never regretted buying one http://ubbxforums.ubi.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_wink.gif

It's allmost a year old and no problems whatsoever (well a little one - and it's window's fault - if you restart windows it will loose calibration - all you have to do however, is move the stick around = quick calibration, and it seems newest drivers have solved the problem...)

Question: Did you back-up your files?
Answer: I didn't know they had a reverse...

Gold is better but after a year or sooner you need a replacement. The evo is also nice but with the gold you got more feeling, longer movement. But the rudder from the EVO is better and it last you longer without problems.
